Penny Armitage - Penny Armitage believes that a client's goals can be accomplished through great design, and that great design has transformative properties. The right design can turn a space into an empowering tool that makes living and working much better. She approaches her work as a craft, caring about each detail and working with you throughout the process.

Penny has worked in the architecture field for over 15 years and has always been drawn to creating spaces. Her love for imagining all the possibilities that one space holds, and developing a design tailored to the client are enabled by her creativity, problem-solving skills and expertise in architectural design.

Penny received a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Architecture and Master in Architecture from State University of New York at Buffalo and a MBA from Canisius College. She served as an AmeriCorps member with Habitat for Humanity in Charlotte, North Carolina and Albany, Georgia, serving as a construction manager for several years in the latter. She is a registered architect in New York and Pennsylvania and a LEED Accredited Professional which allows her to design buildings that have minimal environmental impact and aid clients in achieving LEED certification for their building.
